About us
Being established in 2001, we are one of the most important organizations in Romania having as field of activity the design, expertise, consultancy and supervision of works for railway infrastructure, metro, urban rail and road transport, civil, industrial and agricultural constructions, including land improvements, construction installations and railway installations, stations and electrical, overhead or underground lines, field and environmental studies.

Design Services
The Design activity is an essential component of our organization's services, through design we want to implement innovative and efficient technical solutions in the context of European objectives and the need to ensure sustainable and efficient transport.
The design of railway, urban rail transport and metro infrastructure, including railway installations, comprise the following main activities:
Preliminary Analyses and Studies
Carrying out preliminary analyses, developing feasibility studies, environmental impact analyses and risk assessment, collaborating with the authorities to obtain the necessary permits.
Technical Design
Carrying out Technical Execution Projects for the development and modernization of railway infrastructure, Design of railways, embankments, resistance structures, safety and control installations for railway signaling and telecommunications and other essential elements of railway infrastructure, evaluation and integration of intelligent transport systems in the design process, Development of solutions to improve efficiency sustainability of railway infrastructure.
Project Management
Coordination of internal teams and collaboration with contractors, monitoring the progress of projects and adjusting them according to requirements, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and budgets.
Technical Assistance and Support
Providing assistance in the implementation of railway infrastructure projects, support for solving technical problems arising during the execution of works including structural infrastructure, energy, control-command and signaling subsystems, in order to ensure compliance with the relevant Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSI).
Consulting Services
We supervise the execution works by qualified personnel for the contracted specializations, respectively by ISC authorized Supervisor for the domains necessary for the execution of the investment.
We ensure the verification of the execution of the construction investment and their supervision, throughout the execution of the works, ensuring that the works carried out comply with the verified and approved project, which included innovative solutions for all specified beneficiary requirements, legal regulations according to the specified quality requirements.
Our activity starts from the signing of the contract and issuing the starting order of the services by the Beneficiary and we will consider it completed at the end of the defect notification period, by signing the final acceptance report.
Other services
Develop field studies for railway infrastructure, respectively topographic studies, geological, geotechnical, geophysical studies and investigations, hydrologic, hydraulic, water management and hydrogeological studies for railway infrastructure objectives.
Topographic and cadastral studies are necessary for the creation of a new and appropriate digital map for the area of interest, with the fulfillment of the requirements imposed for the elaboration of the design documentation.
The geological, geotechnical and geophysical studies are carried out in order to obtain information regarding the nature of the basic lands and the stability of the land in order to determine the most favorable execution variant for the design.
The hydrological and hydraulic studies aim to determine the drainage regimes of the water courses intersected by the section of the project that is the object of the contract, and, on a case-by-case basis, along it.
We also develop environmental and environmental impact studies in accordance with the authorizations obtained from the Ministry of Environment based on the specific procedures and provisions of the legislation in force.
Experience
We work both directly with final beneficiaries of railway infrastructure and superstructure and urban rail transport, etc., and in association with reference partners in the domain.
The partnership with these organizations has led, on the one hand, to an important exchange of professional experience and, on the other hand, to the recognition of our organization's professional capacity to implement projects at European and international standards.
The main beneficiaries of our organization's services are: CNCF "CFR'' S.A., PORR Construct S.R.L., Mari Vila Com SRL, Iulius Real Estate SRL, District 6 City Hall, Arad Municipality, Timisoara Public Transport Company, Bihor County Council, Ilfov County Council and Ialomita County.

It is worth noting that our team has specialists with over 15 years of experience in the organization. These experienced professionals collaborate harmoniously with enthusiastic young graduates, eager for development in an authentic professional environment. We can say that this denotes safety, seriousness, continuity, loyalty, and management's care for employees.
In order to meet the requirements, our teams include design engineers of railways, roads and bridges, signaling and telecommunications specialists, civil engineers, financial experts, environmental experts, topographers and geotechnicians, supervisors , technical experts and project verifiers certified by MLPAT, etc.

• Graduate of the Faculty of Railways, Roads and Bridges;

• Ability to work within projects carried out over long periods of time, in compliance with the deadlines imposed by them;
• Ability to analyze and synthesize, good organizational skills, attention to detail;

We have started the specific activities related to the design contract for the "Modernization of the Apahida – Suceava railway line, Subsection 3: Pojorâta-Suceava". with the objective of facilitating the integration of sustainable transport between the Central and North-Eastern regions of Romania, improving Romania's economic competitiveness and creating the conditions for increasing the volume of goods and the number of passengers on the central TEN-T network.
We have started the specific activities related to the design contract for the "Modernization of the Bucharest North - Craiova railway line, Subsection 2: Roșiori Nord – Craiova" with the objective of facilitating the integration of sustainable transport between the Southern region of Romania and the Western region, improving economic competitiveness and creating conditions for increasing the volume of goods and the number of passengers on the central TEN-T network.
We have started the specific activities related to the consultancy contract of execution management and for the verification of the construction and installation works related to the project "Rehabilitation of the Brașov-Simeria railway line, component of the Rhine-Danube corridor, on traffic with a maximum speed of 160km/h, Brașov-Sighișoara section, subsection 2 Apața-Cața". The modernization works include embankments, c.f. superstructure, works of art (tunnels, viaducts, bridges, culverts), buildings, platforms, awnings, ensuring uneven pedestrian access to platforms, 27.5 kV electrification installations, equipping with electronic signaling systems, implementation of ERTMS level II, communications in the system.
